Terms and Conditions
This Site Usage Agreement ("Agreement") covers your use of this website (the "Site"), an independent editorial resource covering Aviator by Spribe and comparing the licensed casinos where the game can be played. Using any part of this Site constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement. If you take issue with any provision, the appropriate response is to stop using the Site.
Let’s establish something clearly from the beginning: we are not a gambling operator. We do not run Aviator. We do not process bets, hold player money, or manage casino accounts. All of that occurs entirely on separate, independently licensed platforms with their own direct relationship with Spribe. Our role is editorial and commercial; the casinos’ role is operational.

// Who This Agreement Applies To
This Agreement applies to everyone who uses this Site. Where that use extends to following a link and registering at a casino for real-money play, we additionally expect that:
- You are at least 18, or older still if your local minimum gambling age is higher.
- Viewing gambling content and registering at an online casino is lawful where you are located.
- No self-exclusion order, court restriction, or comparable legal barrier currently prevents you from gambling.
We take these conditions on trust. We have no way of verifying them independently; that responsibility belongs to you and separately to the casino platform you ultimately join. Where we have reasonable grounds to doubt a visitor meets these conditions, we may restrict their access without explanation.
We take this seriously because of what Aviator actually is: a crash game designed around a rising multiplier and a player-controlled exit. The game’s format creates real psychological pressure, and that context makes responsible access matter more here than it might for passive content.
// What This Site Does and Explicitly Does Not Do
We publish reviews, guides, and explanations of Aviator – how the multiplier works, what the Cashout button means in practice, how the auto cashout option differs from manual play, what the Provably Fair system verifies, and what a 97% RTP figure tells you about long-run expected outcomes. We compare casinos offering the game. We do not:
- operate Aviator or have any technical connection to its game engine;
- process any financial transaction of any kind;
- create or manage player accounts anywhere;
- guarantee that Aviator operates identically across every platform distributing it.
Spribe developed Aviator and licenses it independently to each casino that offers it. Those operators carry sole and exclusive responsibility for what happens during play and for the financial transactions that accompany it.
Practically speaking: if a round result at a casino looks wrong, if a withdrawal is not processing, if a bonus has not been applied correctly, the casino is who you need to contact. We hold no visibility into player accounts and no authority to intervene on anyone’s behalf.
// How This Site Is Funded
We earn affiliate commissions when someone we refer to a partner casino registers an account and deposits. That is the entire revenue model, and it is what allows us to keep all published content freely accessible.
The commission structure attached to any individual partnership never determines which casinos we recommend or what we say about them. We apply one consistent standard to every operator: a current verifiable license, clearly written bonus and withdrawal terms, a working Provably Fair integration in the Aviator build they are running, and responsible gambling tools that actually function. Casinos that do not meet this standard are not listed here, regardless of commercial terms. The mechanics are covered fully in our Affiliate Disclosure.
// Who Owns the Content Here
The original writing, analysis, comparison structures, and layout on this Site belong to the Site operator or are used under license, protected by copyright law. Reading it for your own non-commercial purposes is fine. Copying, republishing, or commercializing it without our written permission is not.
“Aviator” and “Spribe” are trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them here solely to discuss the game. Nothing here implies that Spribe is affiliated with, endorses, or has any connection to this Site. Game artwork and branded elements remain Spribe’s property and are used here under standard fair-use principles applicable to independent review and commentary.
// How Much to Trust What We Publish
We work to keep our Aviator coverage accurate: 97% RTP, the player-controlled Cashout mechanic, the auto cashout option, the Provably Fair verification system, and the general parameters Spribe has published. Spribe can update the game at any point, and individual casinos may configure specific aspects of their integration differently from one another.
We cannot guarantee that everything written here matches precisely what a specific casino is running at the exact moment you read it. Any RTP figure we cite reflects a long-run statistical average published by the developer, not a prediction for any individual session. Nothing here constitutes gambling, financial, or legal advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on information that was accurate when we published it but has since changed.
One specific note on Provably Fair: we explain how the verification system works and why it matters. The actual verification tools are provided by Spribe and the individual casino operators. We describe the system; they implement it.
// The Game Mechanics, Stated Plainly
A multiplier starts at 1x and climbs. The player must press Cashout before the crash for that multiplier to lock in against their bet. If the crash happens before Cashout, the bet is lost in full. Auto cashout lets players set a target in advance, triggering automatically if reached before the crash. The Provably Fair system allows players to verify the fairness of any round after the fact using the seed values and cryptographic hashes the platform provides.
We describe all of this consistently across the Site so that no reader could mistake how the game actually resolves. We do not control any of it, and the version running at any given casino is entirely that operator’s domain.
// Links to External Platforms
Links on this Site lead to independently operated casinos. We have no control over those platforms and accept no responsibility for their content, security, or conduct. A link appearing here is not a blanket guarantee of quality or any specific outcome.
Check any platform’s own terms and verify its license before registering. Links may be added, changed, or removed at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.
// No Warranties
Everything on this Site is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law permits. We make no promise of continuous uptime, error-free content, or the continued availability of any linked casino. Where local law prevents full disclaimer of warranties, we disclaim to the extent that law allows.
// Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, we bear no liability for losses connected to your use of this Site, your reliance on content published here, or any dispute, loss, or technical failure involving Aviator on a platform we do not run. Where mandatory consumer protection law limits how far we can disclaim liability, ours is capped at whatever minimum the law sets.
// Playing Responsibly
Here is something worth saying directly: Aviator is designed to make waiting feel rational. The multiplier climbs, and every second you do not cash out looks like an opportunity cost. That feeling is the game. Recognizing it before you start – and setting firm limits in advance rather than mid-round – is consistently more effective than trying to manage it in the moment.
